with reference to your letter of the 19th August, 1935
(F.4905/176/10), enclosing a copy of a despatch which it is
proposed to address to His Majesty's Ambassador at eking
regarding the proposal to grant certificates to vessels
which are adequately protected against piracy, I am directed
by the Board of Trade to state, for the information ɗ
Secretary Sur Samuel Hoare, that, subject to the amendments
suposted in the Admiralty letter of the 29th August
(M.03432/35) they concur in the terms of the draft despatch.
Copies of this letter have been sent to the Admiralty
and Colonial Office,
